Is KETCHEF Safe?

What does the service look like?

Most of our packages are (3) hours of service. The first hour is reserved for cooking and preparation, 1.5 hours of dining service and the last (30) minutes is reserved to clean up. We arrive, get a quick tour and get straight to work. Please be sure to have dishware and cookware ready so we can get cookin' immediately!

My package comes with a KETCHEF, what do they do? What don't they do?

A KETCHEF is included with all packages where food is involved! Your KETCHEF will prepare, plate & serve your meals. 

Because your KETCHEF is focused on providing superb food and service it may be difficult for them to buss the table. You are welcome to assist with this yourself, or you can request additional staff to handle this and other tasks on our booking page!

Does KETCHEF offer other services?

Yes! We love getting creative! If you don't see a package that suits your needs, send us a message and we'll get back to you with a quote for your requested services!

Should I tip?

Did you enjoy your service? Tip! We don't impose any gratuities, services fees or additional taxes in an effort to keep prices low, so please do take care of the team who worked hard to take care of you.

What do I need to provide?

Our goal is to take your gathering to the next level without you having to put forth much effort. We only ask that you provide us a workable kitchen space along with cooking/serving utensils. KETCHEF will arrive ready to work, in uniform, and with groceries (if applicable) - we just need you to provide us the goods to make the magic happen!

Where is KETCHEF located?

We're based in Los Angeles and quickly growing! While we're currently only servicing the metropolitan area, we'll be serving up dishes in other cities in the near future!
